We have many resources on learning Khmer at Khmercity.net, including Khmer unicode and books entirely in Khmer.

Colloquial Cambodian by David Smyth with the audio CDs is a must have if you ask me. He has made a very easy to use dictionary too called “Practical Cambodian Dictionary”.

As far as I understand Huffman’s Modern Spoken Cambodian is still the most comprehensive learning Khmi course. It is somewhat out of date and to learn to speak Khmi it is essential to practice speaking with native speakers as well as using a course book. The audio recordings are available for free down load

and the book will come up in a Google book search.
